She has over fourteen years clinical experience in a variety of settings within the NHS, private and voluntary sectors, and has been practicing as a qualified CBT Therapist since 2015. In her current NHS role, she also delivers specialist CBT supervision.

Elsa works in a non-judgemental, transparent and compassionate way to provide CBT assessments and evidence-based treatment for clients (18+) across a range of problems and severities. The difficulties she has helped people manage and overcome include: stress, anxiety, depression, self esteem issues, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), health anxiety, phobias, generalised anxiety/ worry, panic, social anxiety and eating disorders.  This has involved both individual help and running group programmes. Elsa has developed a special interest in helping people recover from traumatic events, including clients who have been diagnosed with post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

Elsa believes in using a positive therapeutic approach to understand your strengths, build self compassion, and support you to move forward as quickly as possible. CBT will be tailored to your needs and, if appropriate, it may be complemented with elements of Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) and Mindfulness. Elsa is also a fully trained EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing) therapist, a member of EMDR UK and Ireland Association and she is currently working towards her EMDR practitioner accreditation. She holds professional insurance and a current DBS as required. Elsa also receives regular clinical supervision for both her CBT and EMDR practice.

Dr Juliette Puig is a Chartered Counselling Psychologist who is registered with the HPC (Health Professionals Council). Her 14 years of clinical experience includes working with adults and adolescents with a wide range of difficulties, such as; depression, anxiety, stress, PTSD, relationship problems, self-esteem issues, substance misuse and eating disorders.

Juliette is an empathic psychologist who works flexibly and compassionately. Her aim when starting therapy with an individual is to develop a trusting relationship so they feel safe to share their experience. Juliette is passionate about customising therapy to individuals’ needs and selecting aspects of therapeutic models which would be most helpful. She incorporates elements of CBT, CAT and DBT into her therapeutic work and she is also a trained EMDR therapist.

Within Juliette’s clinical experience she has worked with both individuals and groups. She has also provided clinical supervision to other psychologists and therapists. Her clinical experience includes NHS organisations, the private sector and voluntary organisations. Within these sectors she has worked in an array of environments which include primary care settings such as GP surgeries, schools, secondary care adult mental health services and specialist inpatient hospitals. She also worked in private practise at Harley Therapy in London.
